Your mission

At Kreios Space, we are looking for a motivated, proactive and fast‑learning Bid Manager to support our funding strategy.
You don’t need to be an expert yet- we are open to different levels of experience. What matters most is your attitude, curiosity, ownership, and drive to grow.
You’ll work alongside engineering, finance and business teams to help secure funding for our ABEP technology and VLEO satellite platforms.

Your profile

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and help prioritize funding opportunities from EU, national and regional agencies (ESA, EC, CDTI, AEE, IGAPE, GAIN).
Support bid/no‑bid assessments based on strategic fit, effort, risks and potential impact.
Assist in planning and coordinating proposals end‑to‑end: timelines, deliverables and internal communication.
Contribute to writing clear, structured and compelling proposals explaining our projects, objectives and impact.
Gather, organize and consolidate inputs from engineering, finance, business teams and external partners.
Translate technical information into accessible content aligned with evaluator expectations.
Support post‑award activities: contract preparation, project kick-offs and reporting.
Help track deadlines, submissions, and lessons learned across the funding pipeline.

What We’re Looking For:

Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Understanding of space mission lifecycle (or strong willingness to learn).
Interest in ECSS standards (experience is a plus).
Good level of English, both written and spoken.
Strong communication, synthesis, and organizational skills.
Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary and international environments.
Proactivity, responsibility, learning attitude and motivation to grow.

We are leading the development of the first air-breathing electric propulsion (ABEP) system designed specifically for Very Low Earth Orbit (VLEO). This revolutionary engine enables satellites to orbit between 150 and 300 km by capturing and using atmospheric particles as propellant.
By eliminating the need to carry fuel onboard, we drastically increase efficiency and overcome the main challenge of atmospheric drag in VLEO.
